Earle H. Dietrich
As the President of Coventry Kitchens, Inc. Earle has had daily and annual financial operational responsibility from 1975 to the present.
Earle graduated from Drexel University in 1972 with a degree in Accounting and now greatly enjoys working with his sons everyday, to preserve the legacy of Coventry Kitchens, founded by his mother in 1968. He loves meeting people and collaborating with his sons as they guide their clients to bring their dreams to reality.

Mike Dietrich
Mike is a third generation designer with 33 years of experience. He joined Coventry Kitchens in 1992 while pursuing a degree in Finance from Drexel University.
With design in his DNA and an avid cook himself, Mike loves collaborating with clients to create their dream spaces through the marriage of design and function.
When Mike is not at work, he enjoys spending time with family, doing projects at his own house and being outdoors.
Bill Dietrich
Bill has been a dedicated member of the Coventry Kitchens team for over 26 years, bringing exceptional design expertise, creativity, and precision to every project he touches. Renowned for his refined presentation and graphic skills, he consistently delivers work that helps clients clearly envision and achieve their design goals.
Bill graduated from Temple University in 1996 with a degree in Landscape Architecture, a foundation in design which continues to influence his thoughtful, holistic approach to kitchen design.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys gardening (he even started a local community garden), cooking, and spending time with family.
Sue Oglesby
Sue has over 30 years experience in the kitchen and bath industry and has been with Coventry Kitchens since 1999.
With CKD, CBD, NCIDQ, CMKBD certifications and an Interior Design degree from Drexel University, Sue is known for her expertise in space planning and attention to detail. She loves collaborating with clients to create kitchens that are both beautiful and highly functional, turning their vision into a space that they will enjoy for years to come.
Hunter Clough
Hunter is our lead craftsman and has been with Coventry Kitchens for 5 years. He brings with him over 25 years of experience in finish carpentry and construction.
Hunter handles every project with care and precision by focusing on collaboration, effective planning, and continuous oversight to bring your project to a successful conclusion.
Earles’ Oscar brings joy to everyone he meets and is a poignant reminder of what life is all about!
